- Includes 20 hours of support per week, Monday to Friday

- Clients must provide 30 days’ written notice to cancel
PREMIUM PLAN
- Package Price: USD $1,100 per month
- Includes unlimited support, including weekends
- Payment is required in advance
- Clients must provide 30 days’ written notice to cancel
FAIR USAGE POLICY
The Premium Plan includes unlimited reasonable business support. TinaSubelVA reserves the right to schedule tasks appropriately and manage workloads to ensure service quality. Requests that are excessive, continuous, or beyond the scope of standard virtual assistant services may require separate discussion and agreement.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and instructions
- Supply necessary files, access credentials, and materials
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Ensure they have the legal right to provide any materials submitted
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products sold through the website are delivered electronically. Upon purchase, customers receive access to the purchased ebook or digital download.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, ebooks, text, graphics, branding, logos, downloads, and website materials remain the intellectual property of TinaSubelVA unless otherwise stated.
Customers may not:
